Terms of Service

By booking a hire vehicle using our website you agree to the following terms of service:

1. You will be required to complete a rental agreement before you collect your rental vehicle. The rental vehicle is therefore subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement form.
2. The vehicle may driven only by the authorised drivers named on the rental agreement and only if they are over 21 years of age and hold a current and valid full driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle in which they are hiring. The license must be presented at the time of pick up.
3. You will be required to provide information such as details on your current driving license at the time of completing the rental agreement.
4. The term of hire shall commence and cease at the time and dates specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur full day’s hire fees.
5. The hirer will return the vehicle, including keys and provided chattels to the location specified in the rental agreement.
6. If the vehicle is damaged you must advise us of the circumstances as soon as practical. We will endeavour to repair the vehicle and if the vehicle is unfit to drive, through no fault of yours, we will refund your rental payment.
7. Amendments to the hire agreement may incur a fee and the hire period rate will be recalculated based on the new applicable rate for the vehicle.
8. We are not liable for the unavailability of hire vehicles.
9. We do not accept any liability for any omissions or errors and we reserve the right to amend information published on this site at any time.
10. The customer is required to provide credit card details. The credit card holder must be present at the time the vehicle is collected.
11. Once a booking is confirmed, if you cancel the booking with less than the required notice, a fee may apply.
12. We do not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss arising out of the use of this website or any purchases made from this website.
